COULD 'DIS BE CANE SHUM - WEBCAM #7
Keynsham's clock tower - design award not pictured

The seventh exclusive Could 'Dis Be Cane Shum webcam is situated at the railway station in Keynsham, looking towards Bristol on the main Bath to Bristol line. If you wait long enough you may actually see a train pass by. Also, look out for the bored kids that play on the line during the school holidays. At night, or in times of fog, this camera will replay a 'best of the action' archive from the previous day, entitely due to the fact that there's not much point showing a black screen, which is exactly what our 19.99 camera sees in the dark. Webcam 6 can be viewed in Issue 6 by clicking here.

THE RAILWAY bridge in Keynsham Park was one of Isambard Kingdom Brunel's cheap 'on the side' weekend jobs, built to carry the main Bristol to London line over the River Chew.
FAMOUS FACT
IN 1978, two trains actually passed each other on this line, such was the popularity of rail travel in the seventies - mainly brought about by the onset of Punk Rock and flares. This feat is since unrivalled.
NEAR THIS SPOT...
THE ROMANS built a World-famous temple and cinema complex at the gates to Cadbury's, which lies a few paces North. It was demolished to make way for the chocolate factory in 1933.
